Official Rules: BoxoUSA "Show Us Your Setup" Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The BoxoUSA "Show Us Your Setup" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by BoxoUSA, 16912 Von Karman Ave, Unit B, Irvine, CA 92606 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or Shopify.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
Not eligible: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries (including Boxo Tools and Machan International); Sponsor's authorized dealers and distributors; Sponsor's advertising and promotional agencies; and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of any of the above.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 16, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both have an equal chance of winning.
Online: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit boxousa.com/pages/show-us-your-setup, complete the entry form with all required information, attach at least one photo that meets the Photo Requirements below, and submit. By submitting an online entry, you agree to these Official Rules, including the photo license in Section 7 and marketing emails in Section 11.
By mail (no photo or purchase required): Hand print your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Show Us Your Setup Sweepstakes, BoxoUSA, 16912 Von Karman Ave, Unit B, Irvine, CA 92606. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 16, 2026 and received by October 21, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of entry method. If a person submits more than one entry, only the first eligible entry received will be counted. Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, or submitted through automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failures or postal delays.
5. Photo Requirements (Online Entries)
- Photos must show the entrant's own garage, shop, or workspace. We encourage you to show off your BoxoUSA setup, but owning a BoxoUSA product is not required to enter.
- Photos must be original, taken by the entrant, and owned by the entrant. Stock images, AI-generated images, and photos that are heavily edited or composited are not allowed. Basic cropping and lighting adjustments are fine.
- Photos must not include anyone who has not given permission to appear, and must not contain nudity, offensive or illegal content, or anything that violates the rights of any third party.
Sponsor may disqualify any online entry with photos that, in its sole discretion, do not meet these requirements.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about October 23, 2026, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible online and mail-in entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The first entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize, and the next two (2) entries drawn will each receive a Runner-Up Prize. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
7. License to Use Submitted Photos
You keep ownership of your photos. By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, and their agents and agencies a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your photos, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed. This includes websites, email, social media, print, product packaging, and paid advertising. This license applies whether or not you win, and requires no further notice, approval, or payment to you.
Sponsor may credit your photos using your first name, last initial, city and state, or social media handle, or may use them without credit. Sponsor is not obligated to use any photo.
By entering, you confirm that you own all rights to the photos you submit, that you have permission from any person who can be identified in them, and that Sponsor's use of the photos as described here will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
8. Prize
Grand Prize (1): One (1) BoxoUSA digital gift card valued at $300, redeemable at boxousa.com. Approximate retail value (ARV): $300. The gift card is subject to Sponsor's gift card terms, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and is not transferable.
Runner-Up Prizes (2): Two (2) runners-up will each receive one (1) single-use discount code for $50 off a purchase at boxousa.com. ARV: $50 each. Codes expire at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026, cannot be combined with other discount codes, have no cash value, are not transferable, and any unused balance is forfeited.
Total ARV of all prizes: $400. No prize substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. All taxes on prizes are the winners' responsibility.
9. Winner Notification
All potential winners will be notified by email on or about October 23, 2026. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (where lawful). If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, that prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize each winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winners and use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, and winning photos for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Privacy
Information collected through the entry form is used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and contact the winner, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
By submitting an online entry, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry. Mail-in entrants are not added to marketing emails.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules is not a waiver of that term.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, the use of submitted photos as permitted in Section 7, or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
15. Winner's Name
To request the names of the winners, email sales@boxousa.com with the subject line "Show Us Your Setup Winners," or mail a request to the Sponsor address above, within 60 days after October 16, 2026.
