Return and Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all cancellations and returns not due to damage or defect.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, whether freight or ground, on returns.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect all packages at the time of delivery.
  • Report Issues: Notify us of any damages or issues within three (3) days of receiving your shipment by contacting customerservice@boxousa.com.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: To exchange an item, follow the return process below, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

RETURN PROCESS

    • If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return shipping label.

  3. Prepare Your Return:

    • Ensure all original packing materials, accessories, and documentation are included.
    • If the item was assembled after purchase, it must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging.
    • Attach the RMA number to your package; items returned without an RMA number will be denied and returned to the sender.

  4. Ship Your Return:

    • Follow the instructions provided for sending your package.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or defect.
  5. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • We will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
