How do I sign up?
Create a BoxoUSA.com account and you are automatically signed up for BoxoUSA Rewards. Once logged in, a link to the Rewards dashboard can be found in the bottom right of your screen. Your points can also be viewed and redeemed at checkout.
How do I earn points?
For every $1 you spend at BoxoUSA, you will earn 1 point! You can also see more ways to earn bonus points on the Rewards Dashboard in the bottom right of your computer or phone screen. Points are associated with your BoxoUSA account and do not require a separate login. Bonus points can be earned by following us on social media and birthday rewards.
How do I track my points?
Your point balance can be found on the Rewards Dashboard. This dashboard is accessible via the REWARDS button on the bottom right of your computer or phone screen. Points are associated with your BoxoUSA account and do not require a seperate login. Your points can also be viewed and redeemed at checkout.
Do my points expire?
No! Your points do not expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, when you redeem your Rewards Points for a discount code the code will expire 6-months after the redemption date. Rewards Points discount codes cannot currently be combined with other discounts.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your BoxoUSA account and redeem your points at checkout for $$ off your purchase. Rewards cannot currently be combined with other discount codes.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Why aren't my points showing up in my account?
If you used a different email to check out, they will not be applied to your account. If you have any questions or need to merge accounts please reach out to customerservice@boxousa.com
