How do I join Pro Points?
Create a free account or sign in at checkout. You'll start earning points on your very next order.
How many points do I earn?
5 points for every $1 spent (5% back) at the Pit Crew level. Boxo Tech members earn 6 points per $1, and Boxo Pro members earn 8 points per $1.
How do VIP tiers work?
Tiers are based on your total spend within the current calendar year, tracked starting January 1, 2026. Once you cross a threshold, you're moved up automatically for the rest of that calendar year — no action needed on your end.
Do points expire?
Yes, 12 months after they're earned. We'll email you before any points are set to expire so you have a chance to use them.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem for fixed cash-off amounts ($10, $25, or $50) or for exclusive gear, right from your rewards account. Some items, like the 20" Hand Carry Tool Box, are reserved for Boxo Pro members.
Can I combine a reward code with a sale or other discount?
No. Reward codes can only be used on their own, and can't be stacked with other promo codes or sitewide sale pricing.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your balance.
