No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Each month, one winner will be randomly selected from all active subscribers who entered between the 1st and last day of the month.
Receive one bonus entry when you subscribe to both email and SMS.

Open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of BoxoUSA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

A winner will be randomly selected at the beginning of each month from the previous month’s entries.
At the time of the drawing, the participant must still be subscribed to receive email and/or SMS messages from BoxoUSA.
The winner will be notified via email or SMS message and must respond by the date specified to confirm their prize.
If no response is received within the stated timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
BoxoUSA is not responsible for any technical failures, email filtering, or delivery issues preventing winner notification.

The winner will receive an electronic $250 BoxoUSA Gift Card.
The gift card must be used within one year from the date of delivery.
The gift card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize.
Each issued gift card is linked to the winner’s name and unique email address and can only be used once.
Only one $250 gift card may be applied when making a purchase.
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of BoxoUSA, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts of California.
