How do I earn points?
For every $1 you spend at BoxoUSA, you will earn 1 point! See above for more ways to earn and level up bonuses.
How do I track my points?
Your point balance is displayed on the Rewards page. A link to the Rewards page can be found in the top right of your screen. Log in to see a breakdown of your points history and activity.
Do my points expire?
No! Your points do not expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will expire 6-months after the rewards are activated in the account.
How do I redeem my points?
Make sure you are logged into your account, redeem your points for $$ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! Coupons cannot be combined.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Why aren't my points showing up in my account?
If you used a different email to check out, they will not be applied to your account. If you have any questions or need to merge accounts please reach out to affiliate@boxousa.com.
