BoxoUSA "Red, White, and Steel" Daily Giveaway

1. SPONSOR

The BoxoUSA "Red, White, and Steel" Daily Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by BoxoUSA, 16912 Von Karman Ave., Unit B, Irvine, CA 92606 (“Sponsor”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD & DAILY ENTRY PERIODS

The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of thirty-one (31) separate, distinct daily drawings (each a “Daily Giveaway”).

Each Daily Giveaway corresponds to a single calendar day, beginning at 12:00:00 AM PT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT of that same day (each a “Daily Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. Entries do not roll over from one day to the next; a new Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 AM PT each day.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Florida, and New York) who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter a Daily Giveaway:

• Method A: Online Purchase Entry. During any Daily Entry Period, visit the Sponsor's website and complete an eligible purchase transaction. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for that specific calendar day's drawing upon successful completion of the transaction, regardless of the total dollar amount of the order. Your purchase transaction must be fully processed and received by the Sponsor by 11:59:59 PM PT to count toward that specific day's drawing. There is no limit to the number of separate, completed purchase transactions an individual can make per day; each distinct, fully processed order counts as one (1) entry for that calendar day. If a purchase is canceled, refunded, or returned prior to the drawing date, the entry associated with that purchase will be voided.
• Method B: Free Mail-In Entry. To enter a Daily Giveaway without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete physical mailing address, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5" piece of paper or postcard. On the front of the envelope or postcard, you must clearly write the specific July 2026 calendar day you wish to enter (e.g., "ENTRY FOR JULY 4"). Mail the completed entry with proper postage to: BoxoUSA Red, White, and Steel Giveaway, 16912 Von Karman Ave., Unit B, Irvine, CA 92606.

Entry Limits:

• For Method A (Purchase): Unlimited. Entrants may place multiple distinct orders per day to receive multiple entries.
• For Method B (Mail-In): Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per envelope/postcard. There is a strict limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person, per calendar day. Multiple entries for the same calendar day sent in a single envelope will be voided.

5. WINNER SELECTION & DRAWING SCHEDULE

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing for each Daily Entry Period to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received for that specific day. Drawings will be conducted according to the following schedule:

• Monday through Thursday Entries: The random drawing for any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Daily Entry Period will be conducted the following business day (e.g., Tuesday's winner is drawn on Wednesday).
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Entries: Random drawings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Daily Entry Periods will be conducted concurrently on the immediately following Monday morning PT.

Note Regarding Mail-In Entries: Online purchase entries are entered into the drawing pool immediately for the corresponding day. Because mail-in entries cannot physically arrive by the next day, all eligible mail-in entries received by August 7, 2026, will be entered into a separate end-of-campaign drawing for any unclaimed daily prizes, or an additional bonus prize to ensure equal opportunity under the law.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")

Thirty-one (31) Prizes will be awarded (one per calendar day). Each prize consists of:

• One (1) Limited Edition America 250th Anniversary 3-Drawer Hand Carry Tool Box.
• The ARV of each prize is $955.00 USD.
• Total ARV of all prizes in this Promotion: $29,605.00 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry or purchase transaction within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing.

It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to check their email account (including spam/junk folders) for a notification. Potential winners must respond to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the email was sent by Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to respond within the 48-hour window, provides inaccurate information, or declines the prize, they will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner via a random drawing from the remaining entry pool for that specific day.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. DISPUTES & BINDING ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.

10. PRIVACY & MARKETING CONSENT

By entering this promotion via Method A or Method B, you consent to receive email marketing communications and promotional updates from BoxoUSA. You may opt out of these communications at any time without affecting your entries or chances of winning. Personal information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located on the BoxoUSA website.
