Q: How do I Track My Orders?

Order Confirmation and Tracking will be provided direct to the customer using the information provided during the order process. Other order inquires should be directed to our customer service department, customer-service@boxousa.com or call BOXOusa.

Q: Financing Available?

Yes, most popular Credit Cards are honored and / or PayPal Credit (Third party financing provided by PayPal) is also available at Checkout.

Q: I have a broken tool, how do I get it replaced?

Contact our Warranty Department at warranty@boxousa.com, or or Customer Service Department at sales@boxousa.com, or call BOXOusa. BOXOusa will need the item number, a picture of the defective item and a copy of the proof of purchase. BOXOusa representatives will step you through the repacement or repair process. BOXOusa reserves the right to reject warranty replacement if the tool has been abused or used outside of it's normal intended use. See our Warranty Policy.
